Week 7

This week I completed all the tasks I set myself to do:

Register texture,

Wall modelling and unwrap,

General risk assessment texture,

sink, model and unwrap,

Mug and Cup model, unwrap and texture,

Moving forward: I am going to go over my mug texture and add in some details that I may have missed initially. I was also able to start my concept piece to display the main entrance to the café, so that I can show more of what I would like it to look and feel like.

Walls:

 In order to create modular walls, I had to measure them all first and make sure they're divisible by the same amount so that I can use the same section over and over. 

I found my walls were varied dimensions, in width.

9.0 m

11.5 m

12.5 m

15.0m

So figuring this out was a bit annoying, because they can't all be divided by the exact same amount.

I worked out that to create modular walls I will have to create 3 variations.

A 5 meter, a 3 meter and a 1.5 meter in widths.

5.0m = 5.0m 

9.0m = 3x 3.0m

11.5 = 2x 5.0m, 1x 1.5m

12.5 = 2x 3m, 1x 5m, 1x1.5m

15 = 3x 5m

I completed the wall modelling on the 15/11/20, two weeks late.
